About Us
Since we began, our organization has provided a wide variety of special needs populations with all-inclusive affordable housing. We are committed to providing our clients with clean, safe all inclusive living arrangements that cannot be found elsewhere. Elect Housing Solutions aims to eliminate barriers to unsubsidized, unaffordable, housing needs by utilizing a unique rental ecosystem model, one that places state and federal oversight agencies, for-profit management companies, housing authorities, housing advocates, homeless, and veteran initiatives in a position to work together to fight against homelessness.
Our Process
Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community.
Application and Screening Process
Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make a decision.

Our mission and philosophy stems from four key components: Respect, Empathy, Self-Learning and Pride Of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our clients better their lives. Our mission is simply to improve the lives of our clients through affordable, all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.

Housing & Placement
There is an enormous need for housing units for individuals exiting homelessness. EHS works within the private housing market, federally subsidized complexes, and with City of Austin funded projects to access housing. All individuals we place have access to case management and wrap around services. Here are just a few examples of where housing can be provided.

Our Renting Program is our driving force behind assisting those in need. We are asking Property owners to open their homes to residents for a number of months after they met our requirements and ready to leave there current placement. Interviews for potential hosts, along with trainings will occur during the placement process.
Our mission is to expand our hospitality services and further enable asylum seekers to obtain the resources they need to become fully self-sufficient. One of the most valuable resources the Austin community can provide is housing. The Hosting Program is a transitional part of our housing and case management program here at Elect Housing Solutions. We need your help and support as our program to becomes the success that we know it can be!
